What materials does Shenzhen Shijin use for plastic bottles and jars?

We manufacture with PET, HDPE, PP, PETG and PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastics. PET offers high clarity (up to 95%) and pressure resistance for cosmetics; HDPE resists strong acids and alkalis for cleaning products; PP is heat-resistant for caps and pumps; PETG gives premium clarity and chemical resistance; PCR supports recycled-content and GRS-certified programs.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard custom production starts at 5,000 pieces (white, black or natural color). Custom-colored orders start at 10,000 pieces. Electroplated or aluminum-look finishes generally start at 10,000 pieces. Lower quantities are possible for in-stock items.

Do you provide OEM and ODM customization?

Yes. We are a full OEM/ODM factory with in-house product design, mold making, blow molding, injection molding, silk-screen printing, labeling, hot stamping and spray coating. The typical custom process covers inquiry, quotation, mold/sample, confirmation, mass production, QC, packing and shipping.

We operate an additional plant in Dongwenxin Industrial Park, Huiyang, Huizhou (opened March 2020) and a sales office at No. 27 Shangsheng East Street, Wanggang, Baiyun District, Guangzhou (opened 2022).
